Butt lift, technically known as a Gluteoplasty, is a popular plastic surgery procedure designed to lift and tighten the buttocks to make them appear more attractive, youthful, and prominent.
This procedure is performed under several different options. The primary options for a butt lift include a Brazilian butt lift, the traditional butt lift, and butt implants.
The Middle East’s leading destination for plastic surgery, Iran, is advantageous for affordable, reputable, and top-quality cosmetic surgery.
The world-class medical industry of Iran, with the most experienced surgeons, has attracted patients from across the globe.
From nose jobs and facelifts to breast augmentations and butt lifts, Iran is the place to make your dreams come true.
Besides the highly trained surgeons and cutting-edge hospitals with modern surgical equipment, Iran is also known for offering the most affordable prices for cosmetic procedures.
While the cost of medical services in Iran is a fraction of that in other countries, clients can feel assured of getting 100% satisfactory results. Iranian medical centers operate under strict regulations that minimize complications and ensure the highest possible standard of care.
A Traditional Butt Lift is a surgical skin excision procedure where the excess skin of the buttocks is removed to tighten the buttock’s skin. This procedure leaves the patient with more slender thighs with a youthful appearance and a tighter backside. Unlike Brazilian Butt Lift, this procedure won’t add volume to the buttocks. It involves only removing skin and fat through surgical excision and liposuction and then repositioning the remained skin to create a more toned look.
Excess skin and fat in the gluteal area can add bulk and frustrate your efforts to achieve a slimmer, more sculpted body through weight loss. You might consider a buttock lift if:
If you’re generally in good health, have a positive attitude, and don’t expect unrealistic results, you’re probably a good candidate for this procedure.
Traditional Butt Lift is performed in an outpatient surgical center by a board-certified plastic surgeon. During the procedure, you’ll be made comfortable with the aid of a general anesthetic — which renders you unconscious.
Your plastic surgeon will make an incision at the top of the buttocks, in the hips, or under the buttock cheeks to remove excess skin and pull the remaining skin taut.
The procedure typically takes 2 to 3 hours. At the end of the procedure, your surgeon will suture and close the incisions to ensure the skin remains tight.
By removing excess skin and fat from your buttocks, this procedure can give you a more toned appearance. The results of surgery are usually long-lasting. You should notice that maintaining a stable weight is crucial for retaining your results.
As with any other type of surgery, traditional butt lift surgery involves a risk of bleeding, infection, and an adverse reaction to anesthesia.
Also, other complications are associated with this type of surgery, including scarring, changes in skin sensation, and damage to underlying structures.
You can help minimize certain risks by following the advice and instructions of your board-certified plastic surgeon, both before and after your surgery.
Brazilian butt lift is the most popular cosmetic buttock enhancement procedure involving fat transfer to help create more fullness in your backside. Excess fat is removed from the hips, abdomen, lower back, or thighs with liposuction, and a portion of this fat is then strategically injected into the buttocks.
Brazilian butt lift is touted for providing more natural-looking results while creating more roundness in your backside. You might consider a Brazilian butt lift if:
The procedure is usually performed under anesthesia, but in procedures where a smaller volume of fat is transferred, it may be done with only local anesthesia.
There are three steps involved with the procedure: fat harvesting, fat processing, and
At the end of the procedure, your surgeon will suture and close liposuction and fat transfer incisions.
This butt lift has fewer risks compared with other types of buttock enhancement. However, as with any different kind of surgery, traditional butt lift surgery involves a risk of bleeding, infection, and an adverse reaction to anesthesia.
You can help minimize certain risks by following the advice and instructions of your board-certified plastic surgeon, both before and after your surgery.
Butt implants are artificial devices surgically placed in the buttocks to create volume in the area. Butt Implants are generally silicone as they aim to mimic tissue and fat naturally occurring in the buttocks. The main advantage of Butt implants is that they can drastically enhance the buttocks and achieve a patient’s desired shape more quickly. Silicone implants have been documented as safe and effective for buttock enhancement.
You may be a good candidate for butt implants if you:
The butt Lift procedure is usually performed in an outpatient surgical center under general anesthesia.
An incision is made either at the back of the upper thigh or down the buttock crease. A pocket is created to insert the implants over the muscle. The buttock implant procedure usually takes two to three hours but can vary depending upon the tissue’s stretch and the fat deposits’ makeup under the patient’s skin. At the end of the procedure, the surgeon will close the incisions.
As with any other type of surgery, butt implant surgery involves a risk of bleeding, infection, and an adverse reaction to anesthesia.
Also, there are other complications associated with Butt Implants, including:
You can help minimize certain risks by following the advice and instructions of your board-certified plastic surgeon, both before and after your surgery.

To ensure the best possible butt augmentation, patients are advised to do the following:
Depending on the surgery’s complexity and the technique performed, the cost of a butt lift might be different for each individual. Preparation
Before getting a nose job in Iran, you must consult with a surgeon to kick around important factors and determine your candidacy for the procedure. You’ll discuss what you want to improve about your body and your overall health. Be specific. Talk to your surgeon about what you’d like to change about yourself as well as why you think surgery is an appropriate solution. Your surgeon is also likely to take a series of photographs of your nose from different angles and then manipulate them with a computer imaging program in order to show you what the surgery can do.
During The Surgery
The first step to getting a nose job is deciding which type of rhinoplasty is right for you. In general, there are two main approaches to surgical rhinoplasty:
Your doctor will review the differences between open and closed surgery with you to determine which will work best for your circumstances.
The rhinoplasty surgery can take place in the hospital or outpatient surgery center. It is performed either under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia, depending on the complexity of your surgery and your doctor’s preference.
Once you’re unconscious or under sedation, your surgeon will make cuts inside or between your nostrils. They will then separate your skin from the cartilage or bone and start reshaping. The operation procedure generally takes 1 to 2 hours. Sometimes depending on the complexity of the operation, it can take up to 3 hours.
Recovery
After surgery, your doctor may place a plastic or metal splint on your nose. The splint will help your nose retain its new shape while it heals.
Once the surgery is complete, you may be instructed to wear a plastic or metal splint on your nose for up to a week. This is done so as to help your nose retain its new shape and heal properly.
You’ll be monitored in a recovery room for at least a few hours after surgery and if everything is okay, you’ll be able to leave the same day. In some cases, you might have to stay in the hospital for one night.
You may have a few side effects and complications for a short while after the surgery. These include soreness, swelling, bruising – particularly around your eyes, and headaches. Your face will also feel puffy, and your doctor might prescribe pain medication and nose spray.
After surgery, you might experience drainage, excess fluid that leaks from the surgical site. A drip pad can be used to absorb the drainage. Your nurse or doctor will tell you how often to change your drip pad.
Your doctor will tell you not to do a variety of activities after your surgery. You’ll need to avoid the following for a few weeks:
For most people, the typical recovery time following nose surgery is about 6 weeks. Most patients can return to work after 1-2 weeks, depending on activity level, orthodontic care, and occupation.
